...remember these are guidelines.  Don’t expect to make all of these changes at once.  Do a little at a time, baby steps.   Don’t get discouraged if you fall off the wagon and eat French Fries and Pizza.  Anything you can do, small changes you can make each day will help.  

Eat More, Weigh Less!

Yes, it is possible, if you are eating the right foods.  Eat as many vegetables as you can.  Eat a lot of fruits too but remember they are higher in sugar than vegetables.
